Program Structure:

  • Duration : Each module spans 6 to 8 weeks, featuring recorded lectures, live discussions, and case-based learning.
  • Participation : Students are expected to dedicate 7-10 hours per week to engage in activities that promote a rich learning experience.

Modules Offered:

1. Foundation in Vascular Surgery: Covers core principles, diagnostic techniques, and fundamental procedures.

2. Lower Limb Module: Focuses on limb ischemia, diabetic foot management, and bypass techniques.

3. Aortic Module: Explores aortic aneurysms, repair techniques, and patient management.

4. Carotid, Vascular Access, and Venous Module: Addresses cerebrovascular disease, vascular access planning, and management of venous disorders.

Accreditation:

The program is accredited by the American Association of Continuing Medical, ensuring recognized credit for your participation.

Assessment:

  • Components: 30% from MCQ exams, 10% from participation in live meetings, and 60% from discussion board activities.
  • Pass Criteria: A minimum score of 70% is required.

Eligibility

  • Open to vascular surgeons with 0-10 years of experience and currently involved in vascular surgery. Applicants from all Arab and African countries are welcome.
